Diabase is known to produce good quality construction aggregate. Diabase processing usually requires coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and sand washing steps.
Diabase or dolerite or microgabbro is a mafic, holocrystalline, subvolcanic rock equivalent to volcanic basalt or plutonic gabbro.
Diabase is known to produce good quality construction aggregate.
It is a very hard, tough rock that is used to make high quality hardened concrete and durable road surfaces, buildings, railroad beds (rail ballast), and within dams and levees. Diabase Stone Crushing plant consist of Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screen, belt convery, Vibrating Feeder etc.
Diabase processing usually requires coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and sand washing steps.
The Vibrating Feeder will evenly send the diabase to the Jaw Crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed diabase is transported by a conveyor to a Cone Crusher for intermediate crushing, and the medium-sized diabase is processed through a Vibrating Screen. After screening, the materials that meet the requirements are sent to the Sand making machine for fine crushing and sand making, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are returned to the Cone Crusher to continue crushing. In the Sand making machine, the diabase sand that is finely crushed and formed by the Sand making machine is cleaned and removed. Clean diabase sand is the finished sand we want to get.
