Working Principle

The vibration feeder is mainly composed of body, spring, spring base, vibration exciter, vibration motor and screen bar. The motor makes the eccentric block of the vibration exciter rotate at high speed through the triangle belt; the eccentric block in operation produces a great centrifugal force, which excites the screen box to produce a certain amplitude of circular motion; the material on the screen is continuously thrown by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and the particles smaller than the screen hole are allowed to pass through the screen in the process of the material meeting the screen surface, so as to realize the classification.
