Working Principle

It is equipped with two different crushing methods of "stone beating stone" and "stone beating iron", which can ensure that the crushing function of vertical shaft impact sand making and shaping machine is more comprehensive. The former is more conducive to stone shaping, while the latter is more suitable for stone crushing and processing. Working principle: the motor drives the main shaft of the drive part of the bearing barrel to rotate at a high speed, and the rotor moves at a high speed with the main shaft. The stone material inside the impeller is accelerated and sprayed into the crushing chamber, and collides with the lining material formed in the crushing chamber, so as to achieve a good purpose of stone shaping and crushing. Working principle of "stone beating iron": after the stone is ejected from the rotor, it collides with the impact plate installed in the crushing chamber. The energy obtained from stone processing can be converted into the energy required for impact crushing with the impact plate, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid crushing, and then the broken stone can be discharged from the lower part of the body.
