Working Principle

When working, the belt wheel or coupling, the transmission shaft and the conical part are driven by the rotation of the motor to make the eccentric shaft swing periodically under the axis line. After the material enters the crushing cavity from the material mouth, it will be crushed because of the mutual impact, extrusion, grinding and rubbing between the eccentric shaft and the rolling mortar wall. The hydraulic insurance system can eliminate the fault objects of the support sleeve and the fixed cone by hydraulic pressure when the machine has iron fault or stuffy car. It plays a good role in insurance and greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves the production efficiency.
