Vibratory feeders use both vibration and gravity to move material. In the production process, this machine can feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device uniformly, regularly and continuously. In the sand and gravel production line, it can be continuously and evenly fed to the crushing machine. For coarse screening of materials, it is widely used in combined crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mines, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries.

Technical Advantages

Working Principle

The vibrating feeder is mainly composed of a body, a spring, a spring base, a vibration exciter, a vibration motor, and a screen bar. The motor causes the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at a high speed through the V-belt; the running eccentric block produces a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. The continuous throwing motion is generated, and the particles smaller than the sieve hole are passed through the sieve when the material meets the screen surface, thereby achieving classification.
